CORCORAN MEWS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION ADDENDUM MEETING MINUTES Attending: Property Management - Tilton Bernstein Management: Motion To approve a $300,000 special assessment to cover the cost of re-pointing the brick over the entire building in two phases: first the front portion of the building, and secondly, the rear portions of the building. The funds will be collected on a monthly basis over a 24-month period of time. TBM will prepare a members’ payment schedule with the first payment due beginning May 1, 2011 and continuing through April 1, 2013. The schedule will offer members two advance payment discount options. A 4% discount for a full 2-year payment and 2% discount for the first 12-month period and 2% for the last 12-month period.
