Individually Owned. The units are located on the roof. Access is obtained via the access ladders that are on the end of each building. The code to unlock the ladders is 0542. Your contractor must have a 15 foot ladder with him.

Hot Water Heaters:

Individually owned.

Storage Spaces:

Residents may install storage cages in the back of their parking spaces. The cages must conform to the agreed upon specifications and approval must by obtained from the condominium Board of Directors through the application provided in the handbook.

Bike Spaces:

There are several bike racks located in the two large parking garages that are available for general use.

Telephone Rooms:

In order to get your phone service hooked up Verizon will require access to the various phone rooms throughout the property. Your front door key will open these rooms.

Cable:

The cable rooms located throughout the complex can be accessed by using 542, 431 or 341 on the push button locks.

Trash:

If you are discarding bulk items, such as furniture, boxes, etc., please contact your property manager to arrange for a bulk pick-up.
