Phil Dunn said that some meeting minutes are missing. He will contact former board member Elaine Banner who may still have the minutes
Phil will attend to the following:
- Call Denchfield and clarify their snow removal billing and ask why they don't use a snow blower.
- Ask Wagner roofing to inspect the clogged gutters and make repairs.
- Contact an arborist for tree trimming.
- Check on the fees charged by Wachovia Bank.
- Follow up with EV- Airtight to make sure that they also perform tuck pointing as needed when they repair the seals on Kalorama Drive this month.
- Repair the trash room door.
- Send when received the final, updated proposal from Derick and Associate to the KP board for electrical upgrades to exit signs, trash room lights, and garage lights. The proposal will also include Pepco rebates.
- Post open meeting dates on the website
Greg: end of the year gifts to groundskeeper and Phil. $200 was set aside for groundskeeper but he has apparently been dismissed by his company. Phil Dunn will receive $500.
The board will:
Approve minutes, and upon approval Phil will post them to the website.
Continue to work on a rules document that can be viewed and edited.
Fees - discussion of instituting fees and stepping up enforcement.
Condo fee Delinquencies - trending downward.
Election of officers:
President, Greg Walters.
Secretary - Mark Robbins.
Treasurer - Price Roe, agrees to serve as treasurer on trial basis for 6 months
